GBA Vice President gets Methodist Church appointment The Methodist Church Ghana, has inducted Mr William Orleans Kwaku Arko Oduro, Vice President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), as the Lay President of the Church Conference. As the 19th Lay President out of 20 Lay Chairmen, Mr Oduro becomes the second in command after the Presiding Bishop.
