Soldier killed in action will be remembered with street sign in North Brunswick The late Steven R. Koch has been selected for recognition in the Veteran Street Sign Program in North Brunswick. An honorary street sign now bears his name at Maple Avenue and Ashland Place, and a proclamation in his honor was read on May 17. Koch was born on Oct. 15, 1984, the youngest of three children to William and Christine Koch. The family lived on Ashland Place in North Brunswick from 1979 to 1999. Although all three children attended Our Lady of Lourdes in Milltown, they remained part of the community in North Brunswick.

By Laura Vallejo Intermountain Catholic SALT LAKE CITY When students of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School returned from spring break earlier this month, they were greeted by a new piece of artwork located on the brick wall between the playground and gym doors.

The Latest COVID-19 Numbers Including Montgomery County Schools

Montgomery County COVID-19 Statistics for April 14 The Maryland Department of Health reported 117 new COVID-19 cases in Montgomery County Wednesday morning. The county’s cumulative case count is 68,377. Montgomery County recorded no new coronavirus-related fatalities Wednesday, so the death toll remains at 1,447 which is the highest in the state. As of April 12, there are 108 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in Montgomery County. Great Seneca Creek Elementary School in Germantown reports two cases. Our Lady of Lourdes School in Bethesda reports three cases. The Heights School in Potomac reports two cases. Montgomery County Public Schools notifies the community whenever a student or staff member either tests positive or is assumed to be positive for COVID-19. So far during the month of April, 15 schools have reported to the community at least one case of COVID-19.
