The decision comes days after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention relaxed its recommendations to say fully vaccinated people can go without masks in most situations. Gov. Andy Beshear said soon after that announcement Kentucky would follow the CDC s recommendation, and the state plans to lift the majority of its remaining COVID-related restrictions by mid-June. Churches will rely on the good will and honesty of parishioners to determine who has been fully vaccinated, the letter says. People are considered fully vaccinated when at least two weeks have passed since getting their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or the first and only dose of the Johnson & Johnson version. ....
