Posted on 511 Wedgewood Pharmacy has signed a definitive purchase agreement with Partners Group, on behalf of its clients, which will replace New Harbor Capital as its majority shareholder after the transaction closes in 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Marcy A.
