Apr 29, 2021 Brendon M. Carr, 25, Wellsville, was cited with failure to control, OVI and possession of marijuana at 11:47 p.m. April 20. Carr was traveling on state Route 7 in St. Clair Township when he drove off the road, striking a ditch and sign before overturning. Carr sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. Daniel C. Kinsey, 34, Akron, struck a deer while traveling on state Route 172 in West Township at 8:55 p.m. Friday. Raymond L. Riley, 18, Minerva, was cited with failure to control after he attempted to turn onto Mountz Road from Homeworth Road in Knox Township and overcorrected, going off the road and striking a utility pole at 10:54 p.m. Friday. ....

Cloud, 16, Lisbon, was cited with failure to control, operating a vehicle without a valid license and juvenile traffic offender after he traveled off the road on 10th Street Extension in Yellow Creek Township and struck a ditch at 5:30 p.m. Monday. Regina S. Marker, 33, Salem, was cited with improper left turn and failure to reinstate license after her vehicle was struck when she failed to yield and turned into the path of a vehicle driven by Nathaniel S. McCluskey, 33, Lisbon, on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 2:37 p.m. Saturday. Two passengers in McCluskey’s vehicle, a 7-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl, were both injured. The 7-year-old sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The 10-year-old sustained minor injuries and was not transported. ....

Kurtz-Cogar, 28, Salineville, struck a deer on Glasgow Road in Wayne Township at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 11. Latisha R. Nelson, 33, Dallas, was cited for hit-skip and prohibition against parking on highway at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 5. Nelson improperly passed the vehicle of Richard Bailey, 56, Lisbon, on U.S. 30 in Center Township. Nelson stopped abruptly, causing Bailey to rear-end her vehicle. Nelson fled the scene but was found and cited later. ....
