GMA Architects & Planners has completed its designs for a nautical-themed, multi-family residential building that will offer luxurious waterfront living in southern Cape Coral.
Located along Coronado Parkway, the building’s two-story design reflects a Bahamas-inspired architectural style and its tropical, waterfront setting. Flat tiles will cover a pitched roof with gable accents, which include exposed end trusses and support brackets characteristic of island living. Wide soffits, open balconies and Bahama-style shutters help complete the illusion.
Residents will enjoy sweeping waterfront views across the 80-foot-wide Atlantic Canal, which provides direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and is just a short trip to the Gulf of Mexico.
