今天我就分享一碗非常适合夏季的三豆百合汤，一周吃两次，保准能精神十足过夏天！
在夏季，无论南北方，每个家庭都会煮绿豆汤，绿豆是高钾低钠的食材，而且有消暑热、利水湿的作用，这些优点正适合夏季常吃，绿豆能润肠，还有助于加快身体新陈代谢，有助健康瘦身，在夏季每周吃几次是极好的，虽然绿豆的营养很高，我们在煮的时候再加入其它的材料就更完美了。这就是我今天说的三豆汤。
