Port Adelaide has spoiled Shaun Burgoyne s landmark 400th career match with a comfortable 34-point win over Hawthorn, but not before tributes poured in for the champion Hawk.
Burgoyne, who played 157 games for Port before crossing over to Hawthorn at the end of 2009, managed 11 possessions in his milestone match before he was chaired off by former teammate Travis Boak and Hawks premiership teammate Liam Shiels in stirring scenes after the game.
