Mohd Sahril Sahruddin, who appeared before Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles, was accused of committing the offence at 8.40am on July 21 this year in front of the Nationwide Express Courier Services Sdn Bhd office, Block C, HS Commercial Centre in Penampang. However, no plea was recorded from Sahril after the charge was read out to him, who was at the central lock up in Kepayan, via video conferencing. Mohd Haffiz Nizam Mohd Amin, 31, and Suhendra Sundu, 33 were jointly accused of committing the offence at 2.50pm on July 1, in front of a shop at a roadside at Lorong Suria Inanam 3, Inanam. However, no plea was recorded from them, who appeared separately before Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles via video conferencing as one of them was tested positive for Covid-19.
