TRACKING THE COVID-19 VACCINE Share Updated: 7:51 AM EDT Mar 15, 2021 Firefighters battled the flames and cold at a vacant home in Lynn early Monday.The fire started just before 2 a.m. at 41 Linden St.Crews were met with heavy fire upon arrival, officials said. Firefighters were faced with 25 mph winds, temperatures in the teens and low hydrant pressure, officials said.The fire department struck two alarms to bring in additional help.No injuries were reported.The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

LINN â A resolution eliminating village powers, such as zoning, approved by a small group of Town of Linn residents at its November annual meeting may be rescinded at a special meeting scheduled for Jan. 4, 2021.Â
The Town of Linn is a lakefront community along areas of Geneva Lake s south and north shore with a mix of rural, agricultural properties as well as multi-million dollar homes along the lakefront.Â
A large turnout of residents attended a Dec. 17 continuation of the townâs annual meeting to schedule a special meeting where resolutions stripping village powers from the town may be undone.
During a Nov. 17 Town of Linn annual meeting, a series of resolutions were introduced by a group of about 30 town residents affecting the town government in several ways.
