LINDALE, Texas The Lindale Police Department is searching for a teen who has been missing since Thursday.
According to police, Katelynne Lastelly, 17, was last seen Thursday night at an address near Mt. Sylvan Rd. and South St. in Lindale.
Lastelly stands 5 6 and weighs about 140 pounds. She has black hair, with some red spots, and may be with an unknown male.

Jury Indicts Man For Capital Murder In Starrville Pastor's Death

The year 2021 started off on a scary and shocking note in East Texas when back on January 3rd, a local pastor was shot to death at his church by a man running from police.
On Thursday last week, a grand jury in Smith County indicted 21-year-old Mytrez Deunte Woolen on a capital murder charge in the death of Starrville Methodist Church Pastor 62-year-old Mark Allen McWilliams of Frankston
Woolen is being held on a bond of $2 million at the Smith County Jail for capital murder and another $750,000 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to the original report, Woolen fled from Lindale Police during a traffic stop on January 2, leading police on a chase, and running on foot into a wooded area behind the church. Police believe Woolen broke into the church overnight and hid out. The next morning, McWilliams, his wife, and another person arrived at the church and found Woolen hiding in a bathroom with a red bank bag and McWilliams pulled his out his weapon ....

SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - The arrest of a Zoey Stevens marks the fourth and final apprehension by Lindale Police involving a quartet of investigations tied to a kidnapping and assault incident.
Stevens, 21, of Lindale, was apprehended Monday and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all in connection with the alleged kidnapping and assault of an unidentified individual. LINDALE, Texas The Lindale Police Department has arrested 4 people in connection with aggravated kidnapping, organized criminal activity and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to police, on Monday December7, the department received a complaint from a citizen stating they had been taken against their will by individuals they knew while a weapon was displayed.
