For the first time since the pandemic, the Dietrich hosted not only one, but two special programs last weekend, and you turned out for them. The Science on Screen free movie event, the showing of the classic movie “Jaws,” brought us fans from as far away as Bloomsburg. Everyone has a mental image of the attempt to capture the killer beast, leaving the viewer with a fear of sharks. ....
Tuesday, April 6, 2021 - 6:21 am The North Country Children’s Museum’s Board of Directors donated 100 copies of Out and About in the North Country Guidebook to the COVID unit at St. Lawrence Health Systems and local rescue squad members. The Out and About Guidebook details indoor and outdoor places to go and things to do in the region for children, families, and everyone! The book is available for sale through the children’s museum’s website, at Kinney Drugs, Brewer Bookstore, Clarkson University Bookstore, and other area locations.
