I HAVE been a commuter for most of my life, both here in the province and in Manila. In my own point of view, it is high time for us to push for the modernization of our PUJs and PUVs. For me, there s nothing wrong in wishing for the standardization of our public transport system, as it also ensures the welfare and safety of the passengers.
It s a sigh of relief as I have noticed the launch of modern public utility vehicles in Pampanga. The first route to use such new models of mini-buses are the Arayat-San Fernando vice versa route. A few days ago, Byahe has dispatched modern jeepneys that will follow a scheduled dispatch system. ....

THE Department of Education, through its field offices, is relentless in discovering and introducing new ways and strategies to further improve the implementation of distance learning for the School Year 2020-2021.
After the first quarter held from October 5 until December 12, issues and challenges encountered by learners, parents, and teachers are all being threshed out and are being given proper interventions. Since President Rodrigo Duterte instructed the cancellation of limited face-to-face classes earlier proposed by DepEd, the need to make teaching and learning interactive under the new set-up becomes a challenge for most schools and teachers.
In Tarlac Province, several schools are considered as Last Mile Schools where most of the learners are members of the Indigenous People or IP community. Furthermore, these schools are located in far-flung areas where the access to internet, mobile devices, radio, and television is not availabl ....
