But age discrimination in the workplace hasnât gone away, said Susan Weinstock, AARP vice president for financial resilience programming. âWe did a survey at the end of last year, and we asked people how they were feeling about their job security,â Weinstock said, âand 61 percent of employed workers [age] 40 and up said theyâre concerned that they could lose their job in 2021, and they said that age would be a factor.â ....
