Death: Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the age of 90 Laid to Rest: Monday, July 19, 2021 James Marshall Banagan, 90, died on July 13, 2021. Known to many by his nickname, Jimmy, he was born in Palmer, Maryland on April 9, 1931. He was the son of the late George Marshall Banagan and Hilda Morris Banagan. He attended Holy Angels School and was a 1948 graduate of St. Mary s Academy. Jimmy joined the Coast Guard in November of 1954 and went in the Coast Guard Reserves in January 1955. He was employed by C & P Telephone Company from 1956 to 1976. Jimmy married the love of his life, Dot, on September 29, 1956. In 1971, Jimmy and his wife, in partnership with Eddie and Patsy Bailey, opened B & B Maintenance of Maryland Inc. in Bushwood. When he and Dot retired in 1986 the business was passed on to the next generation when they turned it over to her niece Julie Buckler and nephew Greg Payne. Death: Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the age of 58 It is with deepest sorrow and heartbreak that we announce the passing of our son and brother Alec Ed Forsman. Ed passed peacefully at the Bridge Point Harbor Hospital in Washington, D.C. on January 23, 2021 at the age of 58. Ed loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was born on October 9, 1962 in Oak Harbor, WA, to Arvid Edwin Forsman and Ann (Manley) Forsman of Solomons, MD. The son of a Naval Officer, Ed and his family were stationed in several locations across the country, finally ending up in Southern Maryland where he attended and graduated from Ryken High School in 1980. After high school Ed had to decide to either go to a school for the arts (for piano) or pursue a degree in sciences. He chose a degree in sciences and attended the University of Chicago. In 1987 he received his degree in Mathematics.

The Honorable C. Clarke Judge Raley, 78 of California, MD passed away peacefully at his home on January 16th, 2021 surrounded by his beloved family. Clarke was a lifelong resident of St. Mary s County and served this community in a legal capacity for over 40 years. He was born on January 9th, 1943 in Washington DC to Charles Emmerick Raley, and Wilma Jean Raley. Clarke was one of three brothers, he attended St. Michael s school and later graduated from Ryken High School in 1960. Clarke met his high school sweetheart Barbara Ann Puchetti, of Piney Point, MD on the school bus. Clarke and Barbara married in 1961, while Clarke went to the University of MD and he obtained his Bachelor s degree in 1964. During this time, Clarke and Barbara had two children, Charles Christian and Jeanne Marie Raley. Clarke continued his education and obtained his law degree from the University of MD School of Law in 1968. Immediately following law school, Clarke landed a position at Ober, Grimes and Shri
