(WBTV) - A deputy on routine patrol was able to catch two people stealing boxes of new clothes from a warehouse, according to a report at the Rowan Sheriffâs Office. On Saturday just before noon, Rowan Sheriffâs deputy H. M. Parrish was on routine patrol when he pulled onto the property of Royce Apparel in the 5200 block of South Main Street. The property is a former textile mill. Parts of the property are now used for storage by various companies, including Royce. ....
