The runoff between City Councilman John Courage and Von Dohlen should be an easy choice. It’s Courage, the steady incumbent, a retired schoolteacher and Air Force police officer, all the way. Courage is reasonable and pragmatic, and he votes the district (decreasing property taxes, opposing moving the Cenotaph at the Alamo).
