Nazirul Azim Ahmad, who was brought before Judge Datuk Nurchaya Hj Arshad, allegedly trafficked the drug at 11.05pm at the roadside in front of SK Baru-Baru in Tuaran. Nazirul pleaded not guilty to the under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
