Times Telegram Residents of the village and town of Frankfort will have the opportunity to offer input to the village and town police departments during a public listening session scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at the Frankfort town hall, 201 Third Ave., Frankfort. The public session is part of the process required to satisfy Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s mandate laid out in Executive Order No. 203, New York State Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative, according to Matt Palumbo, who serves as police chief for the village of Frankfort and lead officer for the town police department. He said the session will give village and town police departments a chance to hear from the public how the police are perceived, what they see in the departments that is positive and what improvements they would like to see. ....
