View Comments The historic mill once used by Henry Ford along Wilcox Road has been authorized for sale again by the Wayne County Commission. With that May 20 authorization for the the mill at 230 Wilcox in Plymouth, the county can now negotiate the sale with Richard Cox, the selected buyer. The sale of the mill to Cox came months after Plymouth artist Tony Roko pulled out of the proposed art center project, citing high costs, especially in light of the effects from the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the county went to Cox, who had the second-highest proposal, and extended an offer to purchase the mill to him. The contract language for the mill is the same, though does build in more time to work on the project, Commissioner Terry Marecki, R-Livonia, said. ....
