Local roundup: Lebanon girls lax toughs out another Kearsarge win Sydney Gonyea Modified: 5/20/2021 11:06:22 PM NORTH SUTTON, N.H. The Lebanon High girls lacrosse team escaped Kearsarge with a second straight hard-fought win on Thursday afternoon, an 8-6 nailbiter over the Cougars in summer-like conditions. The win is the second this week for the Raiders (9-3) over Kearsarge following an 11-10 win in Lebanon on Tuesday. Catherine Cole led a balanced effort for the Raiders with three goals and an assist. “Overall, it was a great team effort. It’s a lot to play two tough games in three days against the same team,” Lebanon coach Sara Ecker said. “The girls came out focused and read to play today, having made some adjustments at practice yesterday.”
