Hason Armfield, 43, of Jersey City, pleaded guilty by videoconference before U.S. District Judge Kevin McNulty to an indictment charging him with possession with intent to distribute heroin, cocaine, and cocaine base.
Armfield’s residence was searched as part of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Jersey City Police Department on June 7th, 2019, according to the criminal complaint.
Authorities found an undisclosed amount of heroin, cocaine, cocaine base, drug paraphernalia, and cash.
The charge to which Armfield pleaded guilty carries a maximum sentence of 20 years imprisonment and a $1 million fine. His sentencing is scheduled for December 6th.
