The Peace Corps is partnering with FEMA to support COVID-19 vaccination efforts across the country, only the second time in the organization’s 60-year history that it has deployed volunteers domestically.

The Peace Corps and FEMA announced on Wednesday they are partnering to send out volunteers across the U.S. to support COVID-19 vaccination efforts 
The last time the Peace Corps deployed volunteers in the U.S. was in 2005, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina
At FEMA’s request, the volunteers will be sent to federally-supported Community Vaccination Centers (CVCs) nationwide  ....

According to the U.S. intelligence community, Russia and Iran employed separate, sweeping campaigns to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, but neither country actively altered votes in its attempts to do so. 
In the declassified report released Tuesday compiled by the country’s top intelligence and security agencies, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines wrote officials found no indications that any foreign actor attempted to alter any technical aspect of the voting process in the election.
