BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center continues to see more child abuse cases, and some are linked to the increase in homicide rates.
More time inside and less time spent at school. The Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) says that combination has led to more child abuse cases.
“Their world has been upside down. You know, children find safety in routine and ritual, and since they haven’t been going to school for a good part of the year and the school situation has been changing back and forth.
