The 56,000-square-foot building at 12631 Vance Jackson Road and surrounding Fiesta Trails shopping center are owned by Houston-based Weingarten Realty. The firm confirmed the cinema’s permanent closure and said executives are evaluating other uses for the site. “We are considering all options for the existing building and open to working with a class-A multi-family developer,” said Gerald Crump, senior vice president and central region director at Weingarten, in a statement. ....
