The Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub (SGIH) is being developed by OmniTRAX, a private transportation management company that partnered with the Effingham County Industrial Development Authority. The park is on 2,600 acres known as the Research Forest tract in unincorporated Effingham County, on McCall Road and behind the Lowe s in Rincon.
