New Delhi, April 19 : More than one in two Indian adults (59 per cent) experienced cybercrime in the last 12 months, as seven in 10 Indian adults (among those surveyed) believed that remote work has made it much easier for hackers and cybercriminals to take advantage of them, a new report revealed on Monday.
More than 27 million Indian adults experienced identity theft in the past 12 months and 52 per cent of Indian adults admitted they don t know how to protect themselves from cybercrime, according to the 2021 Norton Cyber Safety Insights Report, by NortonLifeLock. ....
