Richmond shooting victim dies at Ohio hospital RICHMOND, Ind. A Richmond shooting victim has died. Chad Mullins, 26, died Sunday at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, according to Richmond Police Department Capt. Curt Leverton, supervisor of the Investigative Services Division, in a news release. An autopsy is scheduled Monday.
