On Wednesday, 3 March, the International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, confirmed the âinitiation of an investigation respecting the Situation in Palestineâ. This will only âcover crimes within the jurisdiction of the Courtâ over a very short period of time, since 13 June 2014.
