An official, in-person swearing-in for members of the Lorain City Charter Commission was conducted Dec. 22 by Lorain County Domestic Relations Judge Sherry Glass. âThe Lorain Charter is being virtually sworn-in, and I was told there were some that didnât feel comfortable doing virtual, they wanted to in-person, Glass said.
