Police said Arlinson Chilito, 22, is charged with grand theft, and Rick Block, the owner of the dog, said his 10-month-old teacup poodle named Lexi is back home. “It was terrible. I mean, it was just terrible,” Block told News 6 partner WJXT-TV by phone on Sunday. “She’s happy to be home.” ....

Block said his wife used Grubhub to order a pizza from one of their favorite local restaurants. A little while later, they had a pizza but did not have their 10-month-old teacup poodle named Lexi. Local police said the delivery driver, Arlinson Chilito, grabbed the poodle and hid her in his delivery bag. Surveillance video showed Chilito walking into an elevator with the dog before leaving the building. Police quickly tracked down Chilito, arresting him at his home and returning Lexi to Block and his wife. ....
