The board:
• Approved the re-appointment of John Clemente to a five-year term on the Hubbard park / recreation board effective Jan. 1;
• Were informed all school buses are receiving a thorough cleaning and that an older school bus was sold for scrap;
• Heard from Superintendent Ray Soloman the food services department in December distributed 495 lunch and breakfast bags to local families. He said the Hubbard schools holiday drive was held with staff getting toys and other items for local families;
• Set the organizational meeting for 6 p.m. Jan. 4.
