Dorset home with fantastic rural views could be yours for £160,000

Fancy a bargain? Because a three-bedroom home with ‘fantastic rural views’ could be yours for just £160,000. The semi-detached property, based in Holwell Road, Kings Stag near Sturminster Newton, has been put up for sale by Roy Barrett estate agents. The estate agent say the three-bedroom home was built in the 1950s and is ‘of nonstandard construction’ and has a large garden. The property’s brochure notes that the property can be modernised and expanded by a new buyer, subject to planning permission from Dorset Council. The character cottage, which has off-road parking, is accessed via a footpath. View more photos of the property with the above interactive gallery
