Mayor Edwin Olivarez, City Health officer Dr. Olga Virtusio, and other City Hall officials and health personnel witnessed the vaccination of Ramon Garcia, 104, of Barangay BF, Parañaque.
Mar Jimenez, Public Information chief, said the heavy rains last Saturday did not stop the city’s senior citizens in going to SM City BF and be part of the “Maging Bakunado, Protektadong Paraqueano!” vaccination program.
Jimenez said that aside from the vaccination, Olivarez awarded the “Lolos and Lolas” (grandfathers and grandmothers) with cash prizes for participating in the “Vacc to Dancing Tiktok Challenge.”
He said the 1st place winner received P30,000, P20,000 for the second place, and P10,000 for the third.
