Warwick resident Robert Hubbard, 57, bagged the win in January, according to the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department. Attempts to contact Hubbard were unsuccessful. This year’s ticket sales of $2 apiece netted $38,772.50 for the department. Its website states this money can be leveraged with federal dollars to produce more than $155,000 to support the department’s mission to conserve fish, wildlife, plants and their habitats. The department holds the drawing every year. ....
