In a letter written to Upper Chief Secretary (Health), Pathak said that if due attention was not given to the grave situation in Lucknow, the state capital may have to be forced into a lockdown. In an elaborate letter, Pathak complained that people have been trying to reach the state Health Department, despite which, there is no official to answer the phone calls.
