Urmila Matondkar, who recently joined the Shiv Sena after a short stint with the Congress, has bought office premises for Rs 3.75 crore in a posh commercial complex in Khar area.
Matondkar is one out of the 12 candidates whom the ruling Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has recommended for nomination to the state Legislative Council from Governor’s quota.
The office space located at Durga Chambers on Linking Road, Khar West is considered to be a prime property in the western suburbs.
