Tyre industry welcomes new norms, pleads feasible timelines for compliance May 28, 2021 ‘New norms will help in improving road safety and making vehicles more fuel-efficient’ The tyre industry has welcomed draft norms involving new requirements for rolling resistance, wet grip and rolling sound emission, as stated in a draft notification released by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH).
