New Delhi, March 14 : Over half a dozen Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) leaders are working round the clock for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to achieve the party s Mission 200+ in West Bengal Assembly polls by securing over three crore votes.

In yet another incident of political violence in poll-bound West Bengal, BJP leader Babu Master was attacked on late Saturday night. The former TMC leader who recently joined the BJP was on his way to Kolkata where his convoy was attacked. Bombs were hurled as well as bullets were also fired at Babu Master s convoy at around 9 PM. The BJP leader has sustained serious injuries and is currently under ICU observation.

New Delhi [India], December 20 (ANI): Ahead of West Bengal Assembly polls 2021, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has deployed state general secretaries (organisation) to reach up to grass-root level with an aim of attaining more than 200 seats in the forthcoming polls.
Five state General Secretary (organisation), who are considered to be the masters of micromanagement and working in the BJP from the RSS, have also been given the responsibility to work in five areas of the state.
The BJP had already politically divided Bengal into five parts - North Bengal, Rath Bang (South Western District), Nabadwip, Medinipur and Kolkata and sent reports of the ground situation to the leaders of the organisation. The party has appointed an observer, a convener at every Lok Sabha level.
BJP’s UP organisation general secretary and architect of the party’s victory there, Sunil Bansal was in Kolkata on Sunday, and held a meeting of all the vistaraks of the Kolkata zone. Gujarat organization general secretary Bhikubhai Dalsania will work along with Tawde in Nabadwip zone.
Pawan Rana, Himachal general secretary organization will work with Sunil Deodhar and Harish Dwivedi. Ravindra Raju, the newly appointed Haryana general secretary organisation, will work with Sonkar in Rath Bang zone. Raju had held a meeting of party workers in Bolpur on December 16 for preparation of Shah’s roadshow on Sunday.
BJP national joint general secretary, organisation, Shiv Prakash will look at the overall organisational expansion and work of all the five zones of West Bengal, sources said.
