It’s no surprise, therefore, that many viewers from Japan, where the iconic animated series originated, are also excited to watch the live action adaptation, as seen through their reactions online. The first “Voltes V: Legacy” trailer released by GMA last year has reached around 3 million combined views on both Facebook and YouTube. The second one, released last month, has more than a million views on YouTube. One commenter praised a “Voltes V: Legacy” trailer posted on Twitter, saying they were Japanese and watched the series as a kid. ....
