A woman who allegedly crashed a car while eight times over the legal blood alcohol limit has been charged with high range drink driving. Police received reports of a Volkswagen Polo Hatch driving erratically on the Barton Highway, north of Canberra late last month. It s alleged officers found Keira Rhynehart, 36, in her a car in a ditch near Murrumbateman a short time later. Date Time Unlicensed driver caught more than three times over limit on Day 2 of road-safety operation Unlicensed driver charged with high-range drink-driving after allegedly crashing into parked cars and assaulting police at Panania overnight. Shortly before 11pm yesterday (Friday 25 December 2020), officers from Bankstown Police Area Command were called to Truscott Street and found a Lexus had hit two parked cars. The driver, a 55-year-old man was subjected to a roadside breath test returning a positive result and became aggressive, assaulting officers when they attempted to arrest him.
