Aaron Boone’s spring training-looking lineup for the Yankees’ game Tuesday night was used as a necessity, not because his team’s offense has been underachieving again and again.

Miguel Andujar just wants a chance to show the Yankees and everyone else that he’s still got it. He wants a real opportunity, not a few at-bats here and there as an injury fill-in, then a return trip to Triple-A and then maybe few more games when there’s room for him on the roster.
