Pasay City police identified the suspects as Leonardo Jondes, 23; Ramon Gonzales, 52, who are both listed in the police drug watchlist. The teenage suspect was identified only as Colline. The three were arrested at 6:15 p.m. at No. 529 Tengco St., Barangay 108, Zome12, Pasay City. Col. Cesar Paday-os, city police chief, said members of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) were able to buy three pieces of small heat plastic sachets from the suspects which led to their arrest.
