The road was closed for a while for the safety of the public, reports state.
Hubbard Township police detective Michael Orr said a person of interest was interviewed by officers Monday, and was released on his own recognizance.
No charges have yet been filed in the case, Orr said, and no report of the incident has been released as the investigation is continuing.
Hubbard township and city police found the devices Monday and called the Youngstown Bomb Squad and agents with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Those agents detonated two of the devices in the back yard of the property, Orr said, while the remaining devices were taken by agents to a secure storage facility.
