It is the grazing lighting on the terminator, during certain first quarters of the Blanchinus, La Caille and Purbach craters by the Sun illuminating the summits which draws the letter X.
This phenomenon only happens a few times a year and only lasts a maximum of 4 hours and a little less for the 4 branches of the X
We can also see, a V on the Ukert crater
His next 2021 appearances will be July 16, September 13, and November 11. ....

NGC 7223 (UGC 11931, PGC 68197 and others) is the loose-armed spiral galaxy located approximately 213 million light-years away in Lacerta.
UGC 11927 (PGC 68169 and 68171 and others) is the delicate spiral closer to the center of the image. It is located approximately 204 million light-years away.
Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2
360 minutes total exposure – 6 hours
