After hearing all sides in the Pradyuman murder case, the Gurugram court has deferred the decision on bail plea by the prime accused, bus conductor Ashok till Tuesday.
The hearing session continued for about 30 minutes after which the Gurugram court reserved its order on the bail plea. This is the second deferment after November 16.

A Gurugram court on Thursday posted the bail plea hearing of Ashok Kumar, an accused in the murder of Ryan International School student Pradhuman Thakur, to November 20.
The matter was placed in court of Additional Sessions Judge Rajni Yadav which remained inconclusive.
The judge heard the CBI counsel and the Kumar’s defence lawyer over bail application and deferred the matter for next Monday.
