Protection from biosecurity threats on the Rotorua Te Arawa Lakes has been boosted, with Te Arawa Lakes Trust’s - TALT- Biosecurity Officers now monitoring the lakes’ boat ramps year round.
Last week, Toi Moana Bay of Plenty Regional Council extended its contract with TALT, which will also see an increase in the number of hunga tiaki undertaking the mahi.
