Sambodo menyatakan penambahan titik penyekatan jalan itu untuk mempertegas bahwa Jakarta saat ini masih dalam masa Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Darurat.
Diungkapkan Sambodo, penyekatan jalan tersebut diberlakukan pagi masyarakat yang bekerja pada perusahaan di luar sektor esensial dan kritikal.
Sambodo menyebutkan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi masih banyak masyarakat yang bekerja di luar sektor esensial dan kritikal masuk ke wilayah Jakarta saat penerapan PPKM Darurat.

We seem to regularly bounce back and forth between drought and flood on the central coast, and this is the way it always seems to have been. As long as people have lived in the Monterey Bay area, they have experienced both dry years and wet years, and sometimes back-to-back.
