Tradie couple tours Australia after launching mobile business

“That purpose has evolved into our mission to provide services to remote communities.
“Regional areas do not have the same accessibility to trade based services as more metropolitan areas, so being mobile allows us to help those residing in remote communities far sooner than are normally possible.”
Outback Tradie has already reached local towns such as Emerald, Alpha, Clermont, Blackwater, Springsure, and Rolleston.
“We have found comfort in the Central Highlands and it has been immensely rewarding to service the regional communities within the vicinity,” Ms Bradford said.
The couple are “really fulfilled” in the work they’re doing by travelling to various regional communities, which has also given them the opportunity to meet a range of trade based businesses. ....

As Black History Month draws to a close, I am reminded that my former hometown has been blessed with many, many prominent and accomplished Black citizens who have had such a positive impact on our lives in Norwich.
It is fair to say that members of Norwich’s Black population have made significant impacts locally, statewide and even nationally in various fields, ranging from education and social services to politics and and the arts, to social services and civil rights.
Some, like Virginia Christian, the first elected Black City Councilor in eastern Connecticut, made their marks more than a half-century ago and paved the way for the likes of Jacqueline Caron, who would serve multiple Council terms years later. ....

Over St John pupils melt hearts at Winsford drive in carol concert

CHILDREN melted everyone s hearts as they sang Away in a Manger.
Hatchmere class from Over St John s Primary School stole the show at a drive in carol service at Winsford Academy.
Little ones dressed up as angels, kings, shepherds and donkeys brought the nativity to life on stage.

A big effort was made to organise the outdoor festive celebration to make up for the cancellation of carol services in churches across the town.
Rev George Crowder, vicar of St John s Church, Over, said: I was so pleased to see it come together, well aware of how hard everyone on the team had worked to make it happen. ....
