Myra Arthur: Goooood morning! I try to get up and exercise before the kids wake up. It helps me start the day off with some endorphins and makes me feel like I’ve accomplished a thing on my to-do list I often dread … all before my day really gets going. Once the kids are awake, we usually get dressed for the day, do breakfast, then play before I head to work. Sometimes that’s going to the playground, playing in the backyard or my personal favorite playing puppets. (Gotta say, my puppet voices are really something. My husband says the puppets are more for me than the kids. He may not be wrong.) ....
